We are now looking for a position as Area Sales Manager Project areas for building material products with key responsibilities :
- Achieving sales targets for building material products in the some assign areas (Jakarta, Surabaya or Bengkulu)
- Ensuring the project handled gets the secure stage
- Maintain good relationship with business partners
- Running good relations and negotiations with contractors/developers
- Carry out product education to the team of business partners & building shops
- Running events related to retail segment markets.
- Carry out market Intelligence function & create competitor activity reports
- Manage and create local distributors
- Minimal hold Bachelor Degree from reputable universities.
- More than five years contributing as junior or middle management in building materials, automotive, or pharmaceuticals in area Jakarta, Surabaya or Bengkulu.
- Experience manage project customer, B2B segments, distributors and industrial customers.
- Mastering reporting, planning, analyzing, evaluating, and budgeting.
- Experienced handling business partner (distributors) and teams.
- Willing be engage as permanent employee in the assign areas.
