1. Responsible to Lead Project Management of New Drill Rig onboarding in term of communication (to internal and external Epiroc organization) representing operation department in Kalimantan, setting up timeline and project management plan, parts and consumables availability, training and successful first drill (BAST)
2. Managing services in delivering best customer experienced during warranty period of new rig customers especially related to backup warranty services/ man power support as per contract
3. Deliver customer experience in visit agreement support/ inspection as per contract agreement
4. Responsible in managing project for fluidcon installation and implementation projects in Kalimantan (non-maintenance contract)
5. Responsible on making sure work seamless workflow, Quality enhancement of floating mechanic, utilization and schedule for current and future projects
6. Responsible on report documentation of All Projects (non-maintenance contract) in Kalimantan
7. Coordinate with Operation Supervisor to develop regular update on Epiroc rig in fleet management system, fleet population and discuss for business opportunities to Key Account Managers
8. Work together with product marketing to list initial stock for new project
9. Ensure Take 5 conducted before working.
10. Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident and Accident".
11. Responsible for any other assignment set by Branch Manager Kalimantan.
Requirements :
Educational background :
- Minimum diploma degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in leading site and operation.
Technical Skill and Knowledge :
- Has strong knowledge in drilling and fluidcon application
- Leadership
- Project Management
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
- Computer skills must include ability to communicate through Lotus Notes, read and prepare spreadsheets, prepare Power Point presentations, work with Microsoft word documents, and others.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in both Bahasa Indonesian and Bahasa English both oral and written communication.
