- He or she should have the ability to work in teams to produce programs.
- Applicants should have a good attitude, broadcasting voice and on-screen presence.
- Proficiency in Indonesia is a must, also the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Need to be experienced talking in front of camera (enjoy) and proven knowledge of the Peace area.
- Support the program coordinator to visit and arrange schedule.
- Support the program coordinator to conducted assessment/research.
