- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
- Business English proficiency.
- Min. 3 years as IT Operation and Maintenance Assistant Manager in IT Solutions company, with experience in IT Project implementation.
- Working experience in or for foreign company.
- Preferably own certification.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Network, Server, Storage, Security, Cloud or IoT.
- Good management skill, good interpersonal skill, hard working, responsible, able to work under pressure.

- Lead and control job of 15 - 20 IT maintenance engineers to support customers, mostly in Jabodetabek area, to manage their IT Hardware like Server, Storage, Router, Switch, Firewall, PC, Cloud, etc.
- Make summary and give report to customers, to internal team, and to superior, about activity of IT Operation and Maintenance team.
- Control job quality of IT Operation and Maintenance team, and actively propose new improvement idea to increase quality level.
- Actively propose new idea to solve problem in customer side from IT Operation and Maintenance point of view, and give feedback to Sales team as new opportunity.
- Join meeting and give explanation to customer about IT Operation and Maintenance job.
- Control quality of IT vendor when they do their job.
- Maintain Internal IT Environment and support Internal IT Improvement.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
