- Critically analyze aspects of organizational design, i.e. Job structure, job responsibilities, and career path to identify areas of improvement
- Partner with senior leadership stakeholder to identify business challenges and changes, providing practices that are aligned with company's goals
- Identify annual manpower planning needs, making sure manpower headcounts are aligned with increasing organizational productivity
- Initiate and oversee talent management best practices as part of managing retention programs
- Facilitate change as response to change in business direction when necessary
- Develop strong performance management metrics to warrant targeted recommendation on people development practices
For you to succeed in this position, ideally you would have:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or relevant studies
- Minimum 10 years of experience specializing in organization development spectrum with track record of facilitating change within large-headcounts organization (Preferably manufacturing)
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to harness relationships across levels
- Well-rounded knowledge of strategic practices within areas of talent management, performance management, people development, and change management
