Responsibilities:
- Willing to learn Zalora’s CRM platform
- Plan, create engaging copywriting, and execute CRM promotional campaigns including but not limited to email, push notifications, inbox notifications on timely manner.
- Input campaign details in relevant tracking platform/sheets.
- Analyse the success of email and push campaigns and use the insights to develop longer term strategy.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree and ability to create/edit HTML emails is a plus
- At least 1 year experience in copywriting or content marketing.
- Familiar with CRM platform (Braze, MoEngage).
- Strong organizational skills: high work ownership, self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced company with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in providing reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent communicator, both in spoken and written English
