- Manage construction works of all discipline (Civil, Architect, MEP) for Factories project from beginning to the end including planning, execution, completion, and delivery.
- Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Work with contractors, engineers, and key team members of the project team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes
- Provide support and input to several aspects of project process including material / equipment procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, risk management, and overall project management of construction works
- Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan including schedule, cost control, materials management, QC.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with experience handling industrial or factories construction project
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
- Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project
- Familiar with construction and project management software programs
- Willing to be placed in Maluku
