- Initiate acquisition campaigns to drive traffic & leads to Kargo Business
- Partner with the business team to convert leads into active users
- Plan and execute an engagement program to deepen our relationship with partners
- Deliver both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Generate content marketing strategy & campaign calendar
- Manage weekly & monthly marketing reports
- Create & monitor communication message & content for marketing activities
- Manage organic traffic channels, including Social Media, SEO & paid initiatives, including but not limited to FB, IG, SEM.
- Initiative offline events to engage both shipper & transporter communities.
- Own Kargo website activities, campaigns, and metrics.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Preferably coming from startup or advertising agency background
- Having a well-rounded marketing experiences including branding, conversion/engagement campaign, & promotion set up experiences
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, would be a plus point.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
