An exciting and demanding Senior Sales Manager job has become available at a well-established property tech firm in Jakarta.
About the Senior Sales Manager Role:
As the Senior Sales Manager (Building Product), you will plan and execute sales targets and activities in selling assigned products, services or projects to customers in specified industries in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing sales that consist up to 30 - 40 people. You will be expected to build the team as well
- Introducing and doing presentations to most of our client offices (property offices) about the services, and on-board them to use our products
- Ensuring your teams are perfectly present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Great people management skill to provide your team members coaching and feedback to improve their sales skills and performance
- Managing the team performance of your team, achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, and uphold a performance culture within the department
- Expanding connections with property offices on daily basis
- May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organisation to secure customer support
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of five years experience in sales experience, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way
- Minimum of two years' experience in handling a team, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in meeting own targets and deadlines
- A leader figure who knows how to run a tight ship, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills - knows the sales game by heart and loves to play it every day, understands what makes a customer tick and can get always get a deal that makes all parties happy
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure with monthly target
- This role requires you to own a private transport (car/motorbike), since this role would be 80% in the field
