- Assess our current Data Platform, and work in re-platforming existing capabilities and improve Data Centric matrix across company wide functions
- A critical role in creating Vision, Direction, Prioritisation, and Execution of the Data Org
- Driving data literacy to ensure all employee would be able to adopt a data culture and way of working
- Driving data driven products and analytics by analzying existing data, working with various tech and product team in advising new business / product pillars or enhancement
- Managing a team of Business Intelligence, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Data Quality Engineer; and expansion of them
We are open to expats who are willing to explore Indonesia as their home base. To based full time in Indonesia (location where can be discussed).
- 15+ years of experience with proven track records in delivering data visionary, imagining, and execution using Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)
- Able to come up with vision and advising various stakeholder on how data can help them move forward
- Knowledge in Data Privacy (ingestion, storing, sharing, and whole life-cycle on data, its regulation, and best practice)
- Good people skills that can inspire and coach, as well as English communication skill
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in handling a big diverse team as well as defining KPI, managing budget, involving in hiring, doing team-restructure, & nurturing culture adaption
