Travel Partner Connect is our front-line expert supporting customers on escalated issues. Our Specialists are customer service experts, able to build relationships and trust through problem-solving. This role will support all products & solutions via chat, phone, and/or other media in line with the defined support process and tools and with a strong focus on delivering service within or exceeding the agreed service levels and ensuring high first-contact resolution rate and fast problem solving due to own experience, advanced skills, and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer support through, email, chat, and phone, to internal and external customers
- Taking ownership of customer issues to discover root causes, solve their problems, and provide feedback to your manager on product and policy gaps
- Learn new product information, promotions, and discounts as updated.
- Testing the newest features and products before they go live to our customers, providing feedback, and sharing suggestions
- Carry out any reasonable task to ensure the operational effectiveness
- Bachelor degree in any Major
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of the Travel or Customer Service industry
- Previous experience in providing operational support to end-users
- High level of computer literacy including software, hardware, automated call logging systems, and communications operating principles
- Ability to relate to customers having both a wide and limited knowledge of computing and the company's products and services
- A positive attitude, ready to offer help and support in a friendly and professional way
- Experience providing customer support and ability to navigate customer issues and internal tools seamlessly
- An excitement to help customers find solutions and learn about our product to identify their best experience
- Willing to work in shifting mode (24/7) includes public holidays.
- Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang
