- Finding out and understanding customer needs information from clients and sales teams
- Presenting all information into business processes
- Arrange solution and flow process of client's needs related on implementation of logistics services
- Coordinate with all related parties (Sales, Branch, IT, Financial, Operation) in the process of organizing business solutions for clients
- Ensuring project implementation runs according to the agreed mechanism
- Conduct periodic evaluations for each project undertaken
- Minimum bachelor degree of all major
- Teamwork oriented, highly initiative, and innovative
- Organized with a keen eye for quickness and details
- Strong skills of building a good communication and analytical
- Tolerance to stress, customer and solution oriented
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Business Solution Analyst/Business Process Management
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Able to operate computer applications (MS Office Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, and Mind Map).
