- Implement various effective and efficient procurement processes to reduce expenses and build long-term profitability for the company.
- Work with internal teams, such as Purchasing Engineers and Expeditors for sourcing, bidding and tendering.
- Strong understanding of industrial construction related materials such as static/rotating equipments, instruments, piping & pipelines, safety, civil and general supplies.
- Lead bidding process with high integrity to obtain the best possible price.
- Develop price benchmarks and forecasts based on historical data.
- Ensure that process is aligned with various departments in the company.
- Identify & mitigate potential problems to mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field from Tier 1 universities.
- Have experience in bidding & tendering at an industrial scale.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with track record in project based environment
- Have exposure to contracts bench marking and terms and conditions
- Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
- Well developed influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with various stakeholders with different backgrounds and motivations.
- Strong written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical skills
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
