Our client is built at 2011, providing tech managed service, especially for virtual data center which is referred to cloud services. They got various certifications in terms of quality such as ISO 9001:2015; ISO 27001:2013; PCI-DSS V3.2; and OHSAS 18001:2007. After 11 years, our client supporting various clients, including government, banking, financial services, owned estate company, energy, food & beverage, and health industries that related with Data Center.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with executive leadership, partner-facing teams, to identify knowledge and skills required by gaps across the students
-Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support training/certification campaigns to provide training at scale
-Identify and engage third-party vendors, trainers, facilitators, instructors, and more to build a learning community and drive training and certifications.
-Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility.
-Build and manage training dashboards, and track/report the progress and performance of the student training programs.
-Conduct assessments on existing training assets, identify content gaps, and build plans to address it
Requirements
-3+ years working experience as a Cloud Engineer
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficient in AWS and Google Cloud Solution Architecture
-Experience in supporting mission-critical, high-performance applications, three-tier and microservices applications.
-Experience cloud monitoring tools - concept, cloud technology - implementation, and cloud security tools
