Role Description
This is a senior position based in Jakarta and will cover the fast-paced Mining & Resources market across Asia with a notable focus on building upon our existing business in the area.
Seen as a role model/expert within the business, the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant requires you to deliver outstanding resourcing solutions to a range of clients and candidates. These solutions will be provided to both existing clients and new businesses through the recognition & delivery of new opportunities by making excellent business interconnections.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans and directs their daily and weekly delivery to achieve agreed targets and standards for performance, quality, culture and legislative compliance.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle including fusing recruitment strategies with regional business strategies to ensure optimal organizational efficiency thus maximizing GP generation.
- Deliver a range of contract and direct hire recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
- To lead by example displaying a hard work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business.
- Deliver global, regional and new business recruitment plans to drive recruitment forward and create new opportunities in a challenging market.
- Prior experience working within a recruitment agency environment with a focus on the Indonesian mining sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a fluid and strong understanding of the Mining & Resources sector.
- Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail-oriented Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
- A great work ethic with the desire to get the job at hand done.
- Proven track record in contract and permanent recruitment
- Business development and sales experience
