Direct Responsibilities:
- Collect and distribute work orders to the appropriate sections and ensures that his subordinates on duty are capable to carry out their daily routines.
- To ensure that unfinished maintenance tasks are properly handed over to the following shift for completion.
- Determine work-loads and assign personnel to specific jobs and prepare work schedule for maintenance personnel under his supervision.
- At regular intervals, inspects and logs the working condition of equipment machinery and engineering systems.
- Monitor and record utility consumption and assist the Chief Engineering to maintain efficiency.
- Train and direct his / her subordinates for the correct procedures of the equipment and machinery under his control.
- Train and direct his / her subordinates for the correct procedures of all emergency equipment i.e. fire protection panel and emergency generation equipment.
- Work to the highest standards of his / her trade and conform to all local Practice codes.
- Coordinate with the Chief Engineer if there is any problem or obstacle concerning the job.
- Maintain good contact with other personnel, and providing services to the guests.
- Replace the Chief Engineering during his absence.
- Participate in the manager on duty schedule.
- Perform any duty as best as assigned by the management.
- Graduate In Electro or Mechanical
- Experience in same Position 2 Years
- Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.
