As Host on Duty (Duty Manager), you are responsible for general management and security issues within the hotel. You have a genuine interest in taking care of guests and handling and resolving challenges that arise. Throughout your duty you wear many hats including information provider, problem solver, public relations manager, sales manager, and diplomat, always maintaining a professional, efficient and professional manner.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
- Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
- Experience in Guest Relations or Duty Management in luxury villas or international luxury hotels
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills, proven leadership qualities, and confidence in own judgment
- Enjoy the challenge of delivering consistent standards of service
- Computer literacy in Opera Fidelio, Micros, MS Office, and driver's license
- Fluent in English
