- Involved in strategic translation of department strategy and goals into identifiable KPI measurements
- Identify learning gaps through partnering with department heads, spearheading Talent Development initiatives to address these gaps
- Arrange learning & development timeline and budget to ensure its seamless execution
- Constantly evaluate training needs, partner with third-party provider when necessary
- Ensuring the effectivity of learning programs implementation through conducting post-learning evaluation
- Becoming a business partner to department heads, provide solutions and help identify challenges
Successful candidate would have at least 10 years of experience in HR with particular exposure within Learning & Development function. Ideally, you are used to working within a highly dynamic international culture with strong interpersonal and communication skills. English proficiency is required for this position.
