Reporting to VP, Head of Agency Recruitment Development this position is responsible to manage recruitment strategy and process within assigned area to support company objective including:
- Drive Recruitment result from agency leaders
- Create and execute recruitment strategy
- Implement agency distribution strategy to grow manpower
- Achieve recruitment and new recruit target
- Proactive and collaborative with peers in territory area
- Experience in sales and/or recruitment function
