- Bachelor Degree from reputable University.
- Male or Female (Max age 40 years old)
- At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with any ERP System (e.g.: SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill, Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Understanding of system flow and process modeling.
- Assess current process flow & understand user requirements
- Write functional requirement design based on user requirement
- Work with users to understand business objectives to provide best solutions
- Analysis of users request and requirement to develop the best approached through business process improvement , system enhancement / customization
- Creation of detailed functional design document to capture business requirement
