- Managing and coordinate the HR function across multiple businesses within the organization
- Building, planning, and create a standardised company policies and KPIs across the business unit
- Manpower and budget planning for the HR function
- Work together with the senior management team to review performances, salary benchmark, and talent spotting across the organization
- Expand, develop, and continuously create changes in HR to cater the needs of the organization
- Assuring compliance for all level of the organization
A successful candidate should possess:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- 15 years or more experiences within the human resources function, at least 8 years in senior managerial level
- Previous experiences and exposure in handling multiple business units from different sectors
- Experienced in creating manpower planning, building the HR system from scratch, and creating the HR policies for best practices within the organization
- Ability to work together with HR managers from the different business units and leverage the communication to ensure compatibility, stability, and high productivity for the organization
- Fluency in English language
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to push back and create an argument to different levels of the organization should the need arises
