- Responsible for the 24/7/365 maintenance, and support of corporate systems infrastructure, including networking, telephony, security and facility management
- Responsible for the conformance with and continuance of Corporate ISO 20000 and 27001 certifications; including extracting reporting from ITSM & SMS systems
- Ensure ISO compliance and associate documentation for all IT assets, as well as oversight team member charged with all IT configuration items and assets, including servers, desktops, laptops, desk and mobile phones, local and network printers, software, licenses, and peripherals
- Create and maintain a strategic plan for IT infrastructure initiatives with a rolling 3-year horizon
- Ensure adherence to system development life cycle, audit, compliance, information security, and quality standards
- Support Global ITOM Head to strategize, manage, integrate and coordinate overall IT direction and strategies that support and compliment business strategies and objectives.
- Manage and maintain system and storage disaster recovery procedures and plans
A successful candidate will have:
- Certification in CCNP, MCSE, ITIL, or CISP
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English language
- Able to multitask to manage multiple projects
- Confident at presenting and talking to clients and vendors
- Self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results
- An enthusiastic team member who collaborates well with others and builds strong working relationships
