- Develop business and sales plans and carry out formal monthly reviews
- Define and execute Sales & Distribution strategies to develop and protect the market position
- Initiate, gather data, interpret and make recommendations in order to deliver growth in line with the corporate plan
- Secure continued growth through a combination of managing existing and securing additional accounts/channels
- Identify and implement creative/alternative channels where opportunity exists
- Monitor and develop a strategic plan on industry developments and competitor activity in the territory to identify further commercial opportunities
- Maintain an understanding of governmental and regulatory issues that can impact the business in the territory

- Maintain relation with all Travel Agent, Tourism Board, and other business partner
- Develop annual plans and budget developments for sub-department to align with department-wide's strategy including ensuring budget adherence to the approved budget
- Lead SOPs development and amendment to ensure all SOPs align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed
- Lead the identification of innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum 7 year's experience in Sales & Distribution Managerial/Head Level in Airlines Industry
- Self-motivated, good logical thinking and analytical strength in dealing with new exposure
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop action plans
- Strong command in English - written and verbal
- Understand network strategy, revenue and pricing strategy, sales strategy, group booking strategy, corporate account strategy, charter flight strategy, and other sales strategies to maximize LF, RASK.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence upward, downward and laterally across the organization and geographic boundaries
- Agile, self-motivated, well organized and energetic in driving change management
- Ability to think strategically, demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheet, Power Point/Google Slides, Word/Google Doc
- Frequent travelling is required
