- Development, planning and implementation of practices and procedures collection and recovery division.
- Manage and support collection and recovery operational activity.
- Responsibility for a team of professionals, including people, performance and budget.
- Involve in escalation of complex issues together with other related departments (s) with main objectives and goals of company interest and position.
- Responsible for supervising a department or a functional unit or an area team for effective teamwork and collaboration between individuals in the team.
- Analyse AR portfolio and deliver collection and recovery strategic to achieve target AR quality.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Having experience at least 5 years in related area.
- Risk management experience is preferred, with the ability to focus quickly on key issues.
- High degree of analytical skills on both individual credits and from a portfolio basis.
- Have focused written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
- Knowledge of the collection and recovery in financial company area.
