- Act as an expert to administrators and staff in regard to arrangements and systems
- Manage and screen inner HR frameworks and information bases
- Plan and carry out organizational strategies, company costs and budget, and key HR measurement strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with 2+ years of experience at the management level.
- Preferably coming from a Multinational Manufacturing or FMCG background.
- Professional level of English proficiency.
- Proven skills in Compensation and Benefits, Corporate Budget Planning, Operations, and Policies.
