- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Min. 3 years as Manager level with 8 years of working experience in manufacture company including Japanese company.
- Solid and proven experience in Accounting, Tax, Cost Accounting and Finance, tax reporting, financial analysis.
- Experienced in using Accounting system.
- Good leadership, good communication skill, able to work under pressure.
- Residing in Cikarang and able to join asap.
- Create Financial Statement.
- Analyze P&L and control balance sheet.
- Manage company tax.
- Handle Cost Accounting.
- Prepare monthly cash flow, including planning and reviewing.
- Prepare monthly costing.
- Manage company cash flow.
- Analyze day to day accounting activities.
- Monitor, coordinate, and review subordinates' work.
- Assist external and internal audit.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
