Job Descriptions:

Coordinate & review the prepared analytical/statistical reports associated with maintenance activities, performance, cost, failure, resources and assets for various equipment, establish an remedial action, arrange and share with other section technical issues.

Responsible to follow & supervise maintenance (preventive, predictive, corrective & special projects) planning, preparation, schedule development and maintenance coordination, through CMMS SAP Plant Maintenance Module

Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.

Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures; monitor the cost effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards.

Liaise with managers throughout the organization to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities with Operations team.

Coordinate with maintenance vendors to ensure timely accomplishment of maintenance/inspection tasks that require special tooling, expertise, or equipment.

Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with contractors/vendors to minimize costs and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

Responsible with the support of material staff on various aspect of material research, documentation, requisition, etc whether as spare, replacement, consumable, etc.
