- Assess relevant training needs across functions through various means of methods by identifying areas of improvement relating to employee's skills, performance, and productivity
- Establish proper training programs that addresses specific issues within individual and team job performance as aligned with business needs
- Manage training resources as needed, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage and deliver training
- Develop and revamp training modules as needed, constantly aim for improvements in training deliverables
- Oversee the execution of training activities, provide coaching and advice on team of trainers, maintaining their performance
- 5 years of well-rounded experience as a Training Specialist with 1.5 years of tenure as a Training Manager
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end activities in training executions
- Stellar communication with good stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work in Cikarang industrial area
