Job Description
As a Software Engineer, you are responsible for:
- You define the software structure as required and ensure it complies with the architectural vision and simplicity of the design rules;
- You are in charge of writing unit tests and code for implementing user stories, while following the test driven development methodology;
- You work from a scrum mindset and methodology: planning and grooming sessions during sprints; reviewing user stories and test cases;
- You are able to analyze the root cause of defects in order to provide the most comprehensive fixes for every issue
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in Java, Spring, Struts, or equivalent JEE frameworks
- SQL and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate
- Java test such as Junit, TestNG, Spock, Cucumber
- Experience in writing performant web applications and RESTFul APIs
- Experience with Cloud technology such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
- Experience with git or azure DevOps
- Solid design pattern, algorithm & data structure
- Solid understanding of Agile development lifecycle
- Self-driven, intrinsic motivated
- Good at interacting in English, both verbally and in writing
