· Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food & beverage in the restaurant and bar. Runs daily operation of restaurant and room service.
· Ensures daily coordination with kitchen department about monthly special and beverage promotion.
· Participates in market planning and responsible to the implementation of approved promotional and marketing plans.
