Job Responsibilities:
- Define the sales bottom up projections, long term targets and build a competitive environment that is very result oriented.
- Identify and develop the opportunity and gaps in the industry and set up the approach to market and achieve the targets.
- Maintain sales cycle and introduce the right sales process that is desired according to the industry and market.
- Lead negotiations with large potential partners / businesses.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in competitive sales and or fast growing startup environments.
- Previous experience in working with startups / corporates and have strong network selling to Banks/ Financial Institution is a must.
- Having approached to sell solutions and products to the startup in the growing stage is a big plus point.
- Strong track record of pricing, negotiation and managing value is important.
- English is a must
