- Planning and coordinating the actuarial strategy for the Company in line with the Company's strategic objective
- Overseeing all financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and product pricing in life insurance business
- Responsible for delivering, forecasting, presenting quarterly reports of profit and new business value, analysis of variances to plan and movement by source of earnings and distribution channels
- Leading management information system team in delivering monthly management report as well as regular regional reports
- Organizing and leading process of monthly new business value and annual forced embedded value reports to Regional team and senior management
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- MUST have years of relevant actuarial experience in prior and/or supervisory experience too
- Prior experience in Life Insurance industry is a MUST
- Posses Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI) license is a major PLUS
- Competent and have the right work ethic to lead a team
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa
