As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources. Driving implementation of the Service strategy as a member of the local management team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be implementing service strategy and drive service growth locally at the respective local unit level. Enforcing a service safety and integrity culture through-out the Service organization. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with another businesses/hub
- Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the global (or) local unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.)
- Running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. Implementing agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction
- Executing the (global) service and delivery sales channel strategy within the local unit. Implementing productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration
- Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates. Improving service availability, provides training, and develops capabilities and competencies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Engineering background preferred
- Minimum of 10 years total experience, with at least 5 years project and service delivery management
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Strong customer focus and customer management skills
- Experience in service deliveries and management, Project Management Certification is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite software, proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages
- Strong interpersonal skills, willing to manage different tasks under high pressure
