- Assisting the HR Manager for end-to-end HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, industrial relations, learning & development, termination, and organizaitonal development
- Assessing the personal improvement plan (PIP) for the organization and deeply involved in talent development process
- Involved in performance review and management process
- Providing insights, suggestions, and ideas for the HR function in discussion with management
- Executing HR programs and initiatives
- Employee data management and operational HR administrations
To be a successful candidate, you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in psychology or human resources management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources division
- Previous experience in organizational development and talent management
- Previous experience of working in a multinational company
- English language is a must
