Job Description

As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting the HR Manager for end-to-end HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, industrial relations, learning & development, termination, and organizaitonal development
  • Assessing the personal improvement plan (PIP) for the organization and deeply involved in talent development process
  • Involved in performance review and management process
  • Providing insights, suggestions, and ideas for the HR function in discussion with management
  • Executing HR programs and initiatives
  • Employee data management and operational HR administrations
Exposure to multinational environment|Ability to grow alongside the company

To be a successful candidate, you must possess:
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in psychology or human resources management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources division
  • Previous experience in organizational development and talent management
  • Previous experience of working in a multinational company
  • English language is a must
