- Manage and ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities of the Finance Department
- Perform a full spectrum of Finance accounting functions for RENOS, including preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss and reporting packages and managing the internal review for these documents.
- Support completion of GST return, statutory audit, tax filings and other compliance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with other functional teams to support business strategies and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures
- Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues, to ensure auditor’s agreement with the company’s decisions on accounting disclosures and issues.
- Coordination of annual external audits and quarterly reviews for subsidiaries.
- Supervise local accounting standards application, issue identification and resolution.
- Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
- Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period.
- Subject matter expert for key systems, including suggesting improvement areas.
- Awareness of internal control will be an advantage.
- Participate in projects as required.
- Have min 5 + years of working experiences as Supervisor or Manager in Finance, especially in e-commerce / Marketplace
- Excellent computer proficiency Microsoft Office programs, especially in Excel
- Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle Netsuite is a plus) and full cycle of the closing process
- Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
- Experience in handling complex cash flow management Meticulous, highly organized and good analytical skills
- Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
