- Manage a team of Frontend Engineers, including task planning and code reviews.
- Manage and grow individual team members (from Junior - Senior) and maximize their potential contributions.
- Assist with filtering and interviewing new talent to Organization.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
- Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with the stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of total working experience as a Software Engineer.
- At least 3 years experience using React.
- Have a strong understanding in web fundamental.
- Experienced in handling cloud server such as AWS / GCP.
- Experienced in CI/CD such as Jenkins / Github Actions.
- Experienced in Code Versioning such as Github / Gitlab.
- Experienced in Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
- Experienced in modular architecture.
- Worked in a startup-like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment.
- Having strong analytical, logical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with other engineers, peers, stakeholders, and management.
- Able to solve complex problem solving, build elegant, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
