Ensure that the project design meets all technical and operational requirements, including cooling, power, and security.
Manage vendors to ensure that they deliver materials and services according to specifications and within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the project, such as weather events, supply chain disruptions, and regulatory issues.
Oversee the construction of projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Ensure that the projects meet all quality standards, including building codes and industry standards.
Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including the project owner, contractors, and vendors.
Work together with a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that the project is completed successfully.
Oversee the closeout of the project, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards, and the project is handed over to the owner for operations.

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 6 (six) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles
- Prior expereince in data center projects will be an advantage
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Familiar with construction and project management software programs
- PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
- Fluent in English
