What will you do :
- Understand the packaging material and the properties, validate it following the proper test method.
- Manage the sample, perform reliable test/simulation of packaging material according to the brief, record all data and results in specified forms with accuracy, conduct analysis and submit the report on time.
- Adopt & deploy a new test method for a new type of material or to get better-faster analysis of existing one, and do alignment/ring test with QFS lab.
- Manage the lab according to the lab 5R guidelines and WISE, including the storing & disposal of material/substance.
- Assure the instruments used in lab are well calibrated and well maintained.
- Manage, run and ensure inno/reno/BCP project that assigned to him/her deliver as per-expectation
- Conducting experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods
- Active participation and contribution in WISE implementation within his/her area.
- Support Data for Specification development
- Excited about developing for future packaging design, innovation for Danone Aqua and contribute to sustainable packaging
- BSc in Engineering Mechanical Engineering/Physics/Chemistry/Materials,/Metallurgy
- Posses working experience in laboratory, have ability to build laboratory system and able to adapt/develop testing analysis method
- Have strong drive with a positive energetic, result oriented "can-do" attitude
- Have best knowledge of Ms. Office (esp. in Excel), statistical and database system
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within high complexity
- Attention to detail, fluency in English, good organization skills and willingness to travel
