- Min. 2 years experience in Financial Institutional or Fintech companies with experience in micro sales lending divisions
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure (target, time, limited resources, etc.)
- Ability to create a strong network of relationships to penetrate new market especially in Micro Lending Business
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive
- Have a strong relationship with MSME business (Online and Offline store)
