We are now looking for a position as Maintenance Manager for industrial packaging products with key responsibilities as below :
- Identify, develop, justify, and conduct maintenance & troubleshooting across utilities, facilities, all maintenance management equipment
- Confers with management, production, and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness and customer demand for new and existing products.
- Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests
- Responsible for maintenance management of all facilities of the plant manufacture, including production equipment, utilities, buildings, and surroundings
- Leading team, consisting of Asset Reliability Lead, Asset Compliance and Engineer, reporting line to Engineering & Project Manager.
- Minimal hold Bachelor Degree from Engineering major.
- More than ten years contributing as maintenance role in packaging manufacturers of rigid, paper or flexible.
- Has mature concept of Preventive Maintenance System and Consequence Driven Maintenance system (CDM)
- Willing be engage as permanent employee with working based at Tangerang.
