- Develop and implement best practices to drive consistently high scale as well as efficiency across Facebook, Google, TikTok and Ad Networks
- Optimizing the Performance Marketing Funnel in order to increase the user growth
- Launch successful marketing strategies through insights and case studies
- Work with solutions support, product and data teams to identify and solve issues blocking performance
- Analyze account performance to identify, recommend and implement optimization techniques and strategies to meet goals and expectations
- Executing and distribute marketing collaterals through various digital channels
- At least 2 years working in similar role with a focus on app industry and/or ecommerce/online marketplace
- Had experience working in a high pace environment to drive business result
- Strong analytical mindset, including forecasting and tracking against funnel metrics, daily reporting, A/B testing and thorough analysis
- Experience focused on Performance, including CPC Search, Social, Display / Programmatic, Affiliates / CPA Partnerships, and/or Mobile App marketing
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator
