Now we are looking for an ambitious, meticulous, and entrepreneurial Jr Trade Marketing Manager to drive L'Oreal Luxury offline business in Indonesia.
You will....
- Increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration
- Develop and implement the trade marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross category business objectives
- Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
- Bring field intelligence to define brand specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments
- Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
- Ensure development of expertise and know how to in the trade marketing team
- 3-4 years experience in multi-national company managing marketing activations through events and used to handle partnerships
- High capability on reading data and conducting analysis
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Comfortable working both independently with minimal guidance and in a team setting
