Job Description

  • Manage, support and lead day-to-day HR operations within the organization in the country
  • As HR subject matter expert by providing advices to managers in compliance with labour law and manpower regulation of Indonesia, in the areas of but not limited to employee relation issues including employee grievances/counselling
  • Manages the company disciplinary process from investigation, conducting domestic inquiries up to recommending appropriate actions to be meted out
  • Ensure all statutory regulatory compliance are in conduct including immigration and work passes for expatriates
  • Drive and support talent management program such as annual talent review exercise to identify key potentials including talent development plans
  • Supports and ensure completion of annual performance reviews
  • Updates and establishes employee handbook, HR policies & procedures to ensure internal controls are maintained and in compliance
  • Monitor, reviews, manage and approve on Payroll processing including income tax filing & statutory filings as well as maintaining compensation & benefits policies
  • Manage manpower planning to ensure right skilled resources are available to meet projects execution and assists in budget preparation
  • Drive and develop effective employees communication to ensure good level of engagement including leading recreation committee
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end hiring process, orientation/ on-boarding through to exit interviews
  • Works with Line Managers on training opportunities available from the Group's and Regional's Learning Programs for their Department & team and co-ordinate on the process;
  • Part of Diversity & inclusion Regional & Global team as well as being part of an active member of the country Health & Safety committee
  • Works closely with the Centre of Experts at the Regional level for Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility, Talent Acquisition and Talent & Learning
Reputable and leading Multinationals|Lead end-to-end HR department in the country as part of the expansion
  • Proven track record as HR generalist with at least 10+ years of experiences in handling end-to-end Human Resources department from HR operations, HR strategy, working with business leaders and regional HR team and Industrial Relations
  • Strong understanding and proven experiences in Industrial Relations, Employees Relations, Labour Law / Employment Act / Manpower Regulation
  • Hands-on experiences in handing HR Operation activities including payroll experience and working knowledge with Workday will be an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management with good business acumen to advise business on HR strategies both to business and regional HR
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal & written English language
  • Demonstrated experience working in matrix and lean team, comfortable as individual contributor with good organization skills
