Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Purpose
  • Responsible for the technical support of Computer System for Gresik Site, with possibility to be extended to support other site remotely, which included user workstation, networking, communication system, server, and all IT-related physical infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Day to Day IT Operations , end user support & and physical infrastructure Support.
  • All IT Equipment fixed asset tagging & inventory.
  • Acting as 1st level support in supporting IS Helpdesk on Incident Management process.
  • Working with IT manager in delivering projects/enhancement/any administration task as required.

  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun
  • IPK Diatas 3.00
  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun
