- Managing and coordinating operational teams, to ensure all aspects of the customer experience are aligned with the company's sales and revenue growth strategy.
- Reporting to the upper management on the progress and results of the implemented strategy and suggesting action plans accordingly.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field
- Proven sales and management experience will be preferable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategical thinking to develop long-term sales and revenue growth plans
- Proven experience in leading, training, and coaching a team
- Good understanding of the hospitality industry
