- The person would be responsible for end to end customer engagement & retention campaigns
- Experiment across the whole engagement & retention funnel constantly looking for maximum impact on DAU (daily active users)
- Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthly campaigns, tailoring communication to different customer segments identified through Martech/CRM tool (CleverTap, moengage etc) and data warehouse
- Should be able to handle CRM tools, execute, measure & analyse campaign metrics
- In-depth analysis of campaigns
- 1-2 years of experience working on Marketing automation tools like Clevertap, moengage netcore etc
- Have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Should have an eye for detail, analytical mindset
- Should be able to do quick and flawless execution of campaigns on clevertap
