- Logistic Manager
Location: Semarang, Medan
Job Responsibility:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation
- Keep track of product quantity and quality, inventory levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Organize operation of inbound, warehousing and outbound
- Select carriers for transportation
- Collaboratively work with other units to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws and company guidelines and regulation
- Maximize cost savings and minimize product shortages, product defects and wrong shipments
- Bachelor Degree from any reputable University
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Logistic Manager or Minimum 5 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor and Transport Operation Supervisor
- Solid knowledge and record of successful of distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage team
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics
- Proficient in standard logistics software (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc)
