Title Position: General Affairs Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Grading: Manager

Roles: Operational

Placement: Head Office, PIK - Jakarta

Employment : PKWT 6mos, review to permanent

Basic Salary: Max. 30 Mio (if there is something expected above this, and the candidate is really good, we are still negotiable)

Benefit: Catering, Attendance Allowance, Telecommunication Allowance, Incentive, BPJS

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 08.00-17.00

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin (Read, Writing, Listening, Speaking)

2. Have work experience in a field of at least 3 years and above.

3. Thorough at work, active, and has high initiative; can work under pressure

4. Can work in groups; Can operate Microsoft

5. Willing to work overtime

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for all General Affairs work, warehouse, and foreign employee documents: KITAS, KITAP, IMTA

2. Responsible for the SOP for making KITAS, KITAP, and IMTA for foreigners

3. Assist in the management of various forms of permits required by the company

4. Make budget reports, company asset reports and office expense reports on a regular basis

5. Responsible for purchasing and managing company assets

6. Manage the work of Office boy and Operational Driver

7. Coordinate with other departments to meet the needs of each department and make a budget for the procurement of goods or services and their maintenance costs
