Job Description
- Manage all Factory Facility including offices, canteen, locker room, and other general facility
- Manage & responsible for general service including catering, cleaning, gardening, laundry, security for all area in the Plant with 3rd party provider
- Manage and provide vehicle / transportation facility with 3rd party provider
- Handle purchasing and provide supporting stationary (ATK, Desk), toiletries and other
- Manage and ensure security management system are work properly include access control and CCTV function
- Contract /service agreement management, conduct service provider evaluation/audit and ensure gap closure
- Accommodation for expatriate
- Initiate for continuous improvement in terms of quality of service, health & safety, and security
- Bachelor's degree in Management / Engineering / Hospitality or relevant major
- Having 5 years on General Affair / Facility Management experience, or same function
- At least 2 years’ experience with same role with supervise General Affair Team especially on Food Manufacturing company
- Self-initiative, hands-on problem solver, and result driven
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders
- Having strong leadership and able to manage team effectively
- Good communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Have good understanding and application of GMP & HSE
- Experienced with software skills including excel
- Expérience interaction with regulatory authorities
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels within organization as well as with external parties
