- Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making
- In charge of leading the corporate actions alongside CEO for the end to end process including finding investors, creating valuation & modelling, conducting due diligence, creating pitch deck, and pitching
- Leading the accounting and finance function
- Manage all accounting division staff and operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Tax
- Responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and Balance sheet and P&L record submissions, Budget and Forecast Submissions
- Lead and manage business planning, capital, and operational budgeting processes; and provide financial analysis for growth strategy
- Develop, update and implement finance and accounting policies and SOP and continuous supervision of compliance with these Policies and SOP
- Familiar with ERP system and its implementation
- 8-10 years of working experience within all areas of Finance, with at least 4 years of experience working within Big 4 Audit
- Experience in fundraising is a MUST
- Interest in start-up/tech culture and environment is a MUST
- Professional certifications i.e CA, CPA, ACCA is a nice to have
- Sound understanding of IFRS as well as local regulations in accounting and taxation
- Proficiency in Accounting Software
- Good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organisation, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a MUST
